Application:

The whole set equipment is made of stainless steel. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widely used in brewery, bar, hotel, etc.

Outer wall, SUS304, thickness 2mm,surface frosting processing.
Insulation: high performance polyurethane 80mm
Shell and bottom jacket SUS304, thickness 1.5mm
-Pipe line and valve:1.5”or 2”
-Working pressure:0.2Mpa
-Test pressure: inner wall 0.3Mpa;Jacket 0.6Mpa;keep 24 hours.
- Interface: CO2 outlet/ Coolant inlet and outlet / Pt100 interface /sample valve / Manhole/CIP interface / wort inlet and yeast outlet / Elbow beer outlet /Adding dry hops filling pipe.
