INTRODUCTION
The series of liquid dispensing tanks strictly conform to the
requirements in Article 31 and Article 32 in "Quality Management
Specifications foe Medicine Production" GMP General Rules (revision
in 1998) and are designed, manufactured and inspected according to
the requirements of GB150-98"Steel Pressure Vessels" and
JB/T4735-97"Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels".
USAGE:
The mixing tank is widely used for bio pharmaceutical productive
process such as formulating, dissolving, heating, cooling,
warm-keeping, cultivating, disinfecting and storage.
CONFIGURATION:
Mixing speed reducer should be installed on the top or bottom of
the tank according to requirement. Mixing type: mechanical,
magnetic and air mixing systems. Mixing vane type: anchor type,
pusher type, spiral type.
Quick-open manhole integrated visual mirror and lamp thermometer (
digital display or dial type) liquid level gauge interface
(capacity, ultrasonic, differential pressure and glass tube type
level gauges are available) air breather interface cleaning
interface ( 360° utomatically-revolving cleaning machine or
double-circulating automatic cleaning machine)feed liquid inlet and
outlet, backup port steam inlet and outlet condensed water inlet
and outlet.
Characteristics :
1. The heat preservation material of the vessel is high-temperature
resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or pearl cotton.
2. The interface adopts internationally general-use ISO rapid
installation chuck type product. The internal bladder adopts mirror
polishing until Ra ≤0.28um,and the external surface adopts
polishing, mirror polishing, sandblasting ,cold rolling original
color matte treatment. All of the above conform to GMP standard.
3. The blender adopts sanitary magnetic fully-closed blending
device, and the blending rotation speed is optional.
4.The pipe mouth is provided with liquid level meter vent(static
pressure type, capacitance type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type
or glass tube type),CIP cleaning vent, sight glass, anti-explosion
view lamp(integrated sight glass and view lamp),SIP sterilization
vent, liquid inlet and outlet, sanitary manhole and etc.
5. The volume varies within the range of 100L-10000L,or design and
manufacturing can be according to actual requirements of customers
