Abstract:

• Three vessel brew house, composed of mash kettle, lauter tun, and kettle whirlpool

• Working batch capacity of 3BBL

• Two pieces of 100L fermentation tank

• Sanitary wort pumps, sanitary process piping &sanitary valves

• All made of SS 304, except that inner shell with steam jackets made of SS 304

• 100% TIG Welded and sanitary polished surface

Brewhouse system

Function: It is used for finish 4 processes: mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpool.

Component: Mash tun/lauter tank, boiling tank/Whirlpool tank, motor, pump,manhole, hops back, It is the second part of best seller beer brewing equipment.

Capacity:A3bbl brewhouse (Mash tun,,Lauter tank, Boiling, Whirlpool tank).

Heating method: Steam heating with electric boiler, heat evenly and fast, keep beer's flavor.

Control method: PLC controller cabinet show and control motors, and pumps.

Material: Stainless steel 304.

Fermnter Tank

Fermenter available from 1 Barrel to 100 Barrels with an average 25% Head Space. All tank have a Dish top , Cylinder body & 60 /70° Cone Bottom . Certified stainless steel material for all tanks,

with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. Dimple Plate jacket for

Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections,

are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet

your brewery’s space and height restrictions.
