2. Vessel Function

Mash Tun / Biler : It is designed for mashing and boiling of wort with hops. It has a mixing machine, driven by an electric motor (P=2.0KW, 380V). The device has heating steam jacket which covers the lower part of the device and its bottom. Mash tun is thermally insulated with urethane plastic foam. Temperature sensor located in the cylindrical part of the apparatus.

Lauter Tun / Whirlpool Tank : It is intended for filtration and mash- separation of its solid(grains) and liquid(wort) phases.Also, this unit is designed for separation of hot break. Filtration is carried out through removable sieve, consisting of several individual segments. It also has a ripper, driven by an electric motor (P 3.0kw, 380V). The device is thermally insulated with urethane plastic foam. The apparatus has a rectangular hatch in the cylindrical part for unloading grains.

To be made of stainless steel 304. Brushed outer shell

Thickness of insulating layer: 80mm.Inner body thickness: 3mm. Outer thickness 2mm;

Design pressure 30psi, use pressure 14.7psi

Tank top is domed, with 60° /70° cone bottom

Dimple plate cooling jacket, thickness: 2.0mm. Dual glycol zoned jacket;

Pressure gauge; Mechanical pressure regulator valve; Tri clamp breath valve and sample valve;

Bimetal thermometer and temperature probe; Racking arm

CIP rotary spray ball. Beer outlet and drain outlet with butterfly valves

Interior and outer tank weld places do polish;
